Yürürlük tarihi: 18 Ağustos 2026

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Kısa özet: Ambergrain sizden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, hesap açmanızı istemez, analitik veya izleme kullanmaz ve çektiğiniz hiçbir görüntüyü cihazınızın dışına göndermez.

In short: Ambergrain collects no personal data, requires no account, uses no analytics or tracking, and never sends anything you capture off your device.

1. Topladığımız veriler

1. Data we collect

Hiçbiri. Uygulamanın sunucusu yoktur. Ad, e-posta, konum, kişi listesi, reklam kimliği veya kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz. Üçüncü taraf analiz, reklam veya çökme raporlama SDK'sı içermez.

None. The app has no server. We do not collect your name, e-mail, location, contacts, advertising identifier or usage statistics. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.

2. Cihazınızda kalan bilgiler

2. Information that stays on your device

• Çekimler: fotoğraf ve videolar uygulamanın kendi arşivinde, cihaz depolamasında tutulur. Yalnızca siz dışa aktardığınızda Fotoğraflar uygulamanıza kopyalanır.
• Tercihler: seçili film, lens, ızgara, zamanlayıcı gibi ayarlar cihazda saklanır.
• Rulo durumu: kalan kare sayısı ve seçili film adı, ana ekran widget'ının okuyabilmesi için cihaz üzerindeki paylaşımlı bir uygulama grubunda tutulur.
• PRO hakkı: satın alma doğrulaması Apple tarafından yapılır; uygulama yalnızca "PRO açık mı" bilgisini cihazda görür.

• Captures: photos and videos are stored in the app's own archive on device storage. They are copied to your Photos library only when you export them.
• Preferences: settings such as the selected film, lens, grid and timer are stored on device.
• Roll state: the remaining frame count and selected film name are kept in a shared app group on your device so the home-screen widget can read them.
• PRO entitlement: purchase verification is performed by Apple; the app only sees whether PRO is active on the device.

3. İzinler ve neden istendiği

3. Permissions and why they are asked

İzin	Permission	Kullanım amacı	Why
Kamera	Camera	Canlı vizör, fotoğraf ve video çekimi. Kamera görüntüsü yalnızca cihazda işlenir.	Live viewfinder, photo and video capture. The camera feed is processed only on device.
Mikrofon	Microphone	Yalnızca sesli video kaydı sırasında istenir; sessiz kayıtta hiç istenmez.	Requested only when recording video with sound; never for silent recordings.
Fotoğraflar (yalnızca ekleme)	Photos (add only)	Çekimlerinizi Fotoğraflar'a kaydetmek için. Uygulama kütüphanenizi okuyamaz; içe aktarma yaptığınızda yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz kareler kullanılır.	To save your captures to Photos. The app cannot read your library; when you import, only the frames you pick are used.

Her izni reddedebilirsiniz; uygulama ilgili özellik dışında çalışmaya devam eder.

You may decline any permission; the app keeps working apart from the related feature.

4. Satın almalar

4. Purchases

Ambergrain PRO is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the App Store. Your payment details are processed by Apple; they are never sent to us and we cannot see them. See Apple's privacy policy for how purchase records are handled.

5. Çocuklar

5. Children

Uygulama 4+ derecelendirmesindedir ve hiçbir yaş grubundan veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

The app is rated 4+ and, because it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children.

6. Veri paylaşımı ve satışı

6. Sharing and sale of data

Toplanan veri olmadığı için paylaşılan, satılan veya reklam amacıyla kullanılan veri de yoktur. Uygulama içinde izleme (tracking) yapılmaz.

Because no data is collected, none is shared, sold or used for advertising. The app performs no tracking.

7. Verilerinizi silmek

7. Deleting your data

Arşivdeki çekimleri uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, cihazda tutulan tüm çekimleri, tercihleri ve rulo durumunu siler. Fotoğraflar'a aktardığınız kareler kendi kütüphanenizde kalır.

You can delete captures from within the app's archive. Removing the app deletes all captures, preferences and roll state stored on the device. Frames you exported to Photos remain in your own library.
