Bu koşullar, Ambergrain ("Uygulama") ile siz ("Kullanıcı") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

These terms form the agreement between you ("User") and Ambergrain (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept them.

1. Lisans

Uygulamayı, App Store Hizmet Şartları'na uygun olarak sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda kişisel kullanımınız için; devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisansla kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamanın kendisi satılmaz, lisanslanır.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. Yapamayacaklarınız

2. Restrictions

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek veya değiştirmek;
Kiralamak, ödünç vermek, alt lisanslamak veya yeniden dağıtmak;
Uygulama içi satın alma korumalarını devre dışı bırakmaya çalışmak;
Yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı biçimde ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal ederek kullanmak.

Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App;
Rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute it;
Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase protections;
Use it unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Ambergrain PRO tek seferlik bir satın almadır: abonelik değildir, otomatik yenilenmez ve tekrar ücretlendirilmez. Satın alma App Store hesabınıza tanımlanır; aynı Apple Kimliği ile "Satın Almayı Geri Yükle" seçeneğiyle diğer cihazlarınıza aktarabilirsiniz. Fiyat ve para birimi App Store'da gösterilendir.

Ambergrain PRO is a one-time purchase: it is not a subscription, does not auto-renew and is not charged again. The purchase is tied to your App Store account and can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchase". Price and currency are those shown on the App Store.

Ücretsiz sürüm kalıcı olarak kullanılabilir; PRO yalnızca içerik ve çıktı kapsamını genişletir (tüm film stokları, tüm lensler, sınırsız özel reçete, 4K/60 FPS, Live Photo, toplu dışa aktarma).

The free version remains usable indefinitely; PRO only widens the content and output scope (all film stocks, all lenses, unlimited custom recipes, 4K/60 FPS, Live Photo, batch export).

4. İadeler

Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlendiği için iade talepleri de Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com. Doğrudan iade yapma yetkimiz yoktur.

Because purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

5. İçeriğiniz

Uygulamayla ürettiğiniz tüm fotoğraf ve videolar size aittir. Bu içerikler cihazınızda kalır; üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyor, erişmiyor ve saklamıyoruz.

All photos and videos you create with the App belong to you. They stay on your device; we claim no rights over them, do not access them and do not store them.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı garanti edilmez. Kamera donanımına bağlı özellikler (4K/60 FPS, tork, manuel pozlama, stabilizasyon) cihaz modeline göre değişebilir.

The App is provided "as is". No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Hardware-dependent features (4K/60 FPS, torch, manual exposure, stabilisation) vary by device model.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Çekimlerinizin yedeklenmesi sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. Backing up your captures is your responsibility.

8. Apple'ın konumu

Bu sözleşme sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple taraf değildir. Apple, Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Uygulamaya ilişkin bakım ve destek Apple'ın değil, bizim sorumluluğumuzdadır.

This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Maintenance and support for the App are our responsibility, not Apple's.

9. Değişiklikler ve fesih

9. Changes and termination

Koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisans kendiliğinden sona erer; bu durumda Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmanız gerekir.

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. The licence terminates automatically if you breach them, in which case you must stop using the App.
