Dual Frame Cam'i ("Uygulama") App Store kurallarına uygun şekilde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarda kişisel kullanımınız için kullanmanıza yönelik devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı satamaz, kiralayamaz, dağıtamaz, kaynak koduna dönüştürmeye çalışamaz veya değiştiremezsiniz.
Uygulamayla ürettiğiniz tüm fotoğraf ve videolar size aittir. Bunlar üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyoruz. Uygulamanın sunucusu olmadığı için içeriğinize erişimimiz de yoktur.
Çektiklerinizin hukuka uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz: başkalarını rızası olmadan kaydetmemek ve bulunduğunuz yerdeki gizlilik, kayıt ve telif mevzuatına uymak yükümlülüğü size aittir.

Otomatik yenileme. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Fiyatlar ABD doları üzerinden belirtilmiştir; bulunduğunuz ülkede App Store'un gösterdiği yerel fiyat geçerlidir. Fiyat değişikliklerinde Apple sizi önceden bilgilendirir ve gerekli durumlarda onayınızı ister.
Ücretsiz deneme. Yıllık plan 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme ile başlar. Deneme bitmeden iptal ederseniz ücret alınmaz. Deneme hakkı abonelik grubu başına bir kezdir; daha önce kullandıysanız plan doğrudan ücretli başlar ve uygulama bunu size satın alma öncesinde gösterir.
İptal ve iade. İptal, ödediğiniz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; kalan süre boyunca Pro özellikleri açık kalır. Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlendiği için iadeler de Apple'ın sorumluluğundadır ve reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden talep edilir. Bizim iade yetkimiz yoktur.

Filigran yoktur. Ücretsiz sürümde de Pro'da da çektikleriniz filigransız kaydedilir.
Hangi özelliklerin Pro kapsamında olduğunu zaman içinde değiştirebiliriz; ancak aktif bir aboneliğiniz varken, satın aldığınız dönem boyunca mevcut Pro özelliklerinizi kaldırmayız. Pro'ya sonradan eklenen düzen ve tonlar, aboneliğiniz aktifken ek ücret olmadan açılır.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Kamera donanımına erişim iOS tarafından yönetilir; bazı cihazlarda veya iOS sürümlerinde çift kamera özellikleri kullanılamayabilir.
Çektiklerinizi yedeklemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulamanın kendi klasöründeki medya, uygulamayı sildiğinizde kaybolur. Kayıp veya zarar gören içerikten sorumlu değiliz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınız kendiliğinden sona erer. Uygulamayı silerek dilediğiniz zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak, yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı zorunlu haklar saklıdır.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Dual Frame Cam (the "App") for your personal use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store rules. You may not sell, rent, distribute, reverse-engineer or modify the App.
Every photo and video you create with the App belongs to you. We claim no rights over them. Because the App has no server, we have no access to your content either.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you record: not filming people without their consent, and complying with the privacy, recording and copyright laws that apply where you are.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken from your App Store account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Prices are stated in US dollars; the local price shown by the App Store in your country applies. Apple notifies you in advance of price changes and asks for your consent where required.
Free trial. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. The trial is available once per subscription group; if you have used it before, the plan starts as paid and the App tells you so before purchase.
Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; Pro features stay unlocked until then. Because purchases are processed by Apple, refunds are Apple's responsibility and are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds.

There is no watermark. Captures are saved without a watermark on both the free version and Pro.
We may change which features are part of Pro over time; we will not remove Pro features you already have during a period you have paid for while your subscription is active. Layouts and presets added to Pro later unlock at no extra cost while your subscription is active.
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. Access to camera hardware is governed by iOS; dual-camera features may be unavailable on some devices or iOS versions.
Backing up your captures is your responsibility. Media held in the App's own folder is lost when you delete the App. We are not liable for lost or damaged content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, any mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
