GugQR'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamanın temel özellikleri — sınırsız QR/barkod tarama ve temel kod oluşturma — ücretsizdir. Gelişmiş özellikler GugQR Pro aboneliği veya tek seferlik satın alma ile açılır.
1. Lisans
Bu şartlara uymanız koşuluyla, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda GugQR'ı kişisel ve ticari amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kaynak koduna dönüştüremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz, kiralayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.

Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra cihazınızın Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya kapatabilirsiniz.
Mevcut abonelik döneminin ortasında iptal edilmesi durumunda, o dönem için iade yapılmaz.
Fiyatlar bulunduğunuz ülkeye ve Apple'ın fiyatlandırma katmanlarına göre değişir; güncel fiyat her zaman uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında görüntülenir.
Satın almalarınızı yeni bir cihazda veya uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda Pro ekranındaki "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile aynı Apple Kimliği üzerinden geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
3. İadeler
Tüm satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir. İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir ve reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır. Geliştirici doğrudan iade gerçekleştiremez.
4. Verileriniz ve sorumluluğunuz
Taradığınız, oluşturduğunuz ve yedeklediğiniz tüm içerik sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulama verilerinizi sunucularımıza göndermez; ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakınız. Yerel verilerin yedeklenmesi ve saklanması kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Güvenli QR özelliğinde kullandığınız parolayı kaybederseniz içerik kurtarılamaz; geliştiricinin bu içeriği çözebilecek bir anahtarı yoktur.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
GugQR'ı yasa dışı içerik oluşturmak veya dağıtmak, kötü amaçlı bağlantılar yaymak, dolandırıcılık amaçlı kodlar üretmek ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek için kullanamazsınız.
6. Taramaların doğruluğu
QR ve barkod okuma, cihaz kamerası ve görüntü kalitesine bağlıdır. Uygulama, taranan bir bağlantının güvenli olduğunu garanti etmez. Bilinmeyen kaynaklardan gelen bağlantıları açmadan önce kontrol etmek kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
7. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Bu sınırlama, yasaların açıkça tanıdığı tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır. Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda lisansınız sona erer. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek bu şartları istediğiniz zaman feshedebilirsiniz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu durum, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınızı etkilemez.
10. Apple ile ilgili koşullar
Aşağıdaki maddeler, Apple'ın App Store'da dağıtılan uygulamaların son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmelerinde bulunmasını zorunlu tuttuğu asgari şartlardır.
Apple taraf değildir. Bu şartlar yalnızca sizinle geliştirici arasında kurulur; Apple Inc. ("Apple") sözleşmeye taraf değildir. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil geliştirici sorumludur.
Lisansın kapsamı. Uygulamayı yalnızca sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda, Apple Media Services Şartları ve Koşullarındaki Kullanım Kuralları çerçevesinde kullanabilirsiniz. Bu şartlar, söz konusu kurallarla çelişen bir kullanım hakkı vermez.
Bakım ve destek. Uygulamaya ilişkin bakım ve destek hizmetlerinden yalnızca geliştirici sorumludur; Apple'ın bu konuda hiçbir yükümlülüğü yoktur. Destek için [email protected] veya destek sayfası.
Garanti. Yasal olarak geçerli şekilde reddedilmeyen garantilerden yalnızca geliştirici sorumludur. Uygulamanın geçerli bir garantiye uymaması durumunda Apple'ı bilgilendirebilirsiniz ve Apple uygulamanın satın alma bedelini size iade eder; yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın başka hiçbir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Garantiye uyumsuzluktan doğan diğer tüm talep ve zararlardan geliştirici sorumludur.
Ürün talepleri. Uygulamaya veya uygulamayı kullanmanıza ilişkin, sizin ya da üçüncü kişilerin ileri süreceği taleplerin ele alınmasından Apple değil geliştirici sorumludur. Buna ürün sorumluluğu talepleri, uygulamanın yasal veya düzenleyici gerekliliklere uymadığı iddiaları ve tüketicinin korunması ile gizlilik mevzuatından doğan talepler dahildir.
Fikri mülkiyet. Uygulamanın veya uygulamayı kullanmanızın üçüncü bir kişinin fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasında, bu talebin araştırılması, savunulması, uzlaşması ve karşılanmasından Apple değil yalnızca geliştirici sorumludur.
Yasal uyum. (i) ABD Hükûmeti ambargosu altında bulunan veya ABD Hükûmeti tarafından "teröre destek veren" olarak tanımlanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve (ii) ABD Hükûmetinin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

Üçüncü taraf şartları. Uygulamayı kullanırken geçerli üçüncü taraf sözleşme şartlarına uymanız gerekir.
Üçüncü taraf lehdar. Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu şartların üçüncü taraf lehdarlarıdır ve şartları kabul etmenizle Apple, bu şartları size karşı üçüncü taraf lehdar olarak uygulama hakkına sahip olur.
By downloading or using GugQR you agree to these terms. The core features — unlimited QR/barcode scanning and basic code creation — are free. Advanced features are unlocked with a GugQR Pro subscription or a one-time purchase.
1. Licence
Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use GugQR for personal and commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, rent, or redistribute the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions after purchase.
No refund is given for the unused part of a period when you cancel mid-term.
Prices vary by country and Apple's pricing tiers; the current price is always shown on the in-app purchase screen.
On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" on the Pro screen to restore entitlements bought with the same Apple Account.
3. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple's policies and are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Your data and responsibility
All content you scan, create, and back up is your responsibility. The app does not send your data to our servers — see the Privacy Policy. Backing up and retaining local data is the user's responsibility.
If you lose the password used with Secure QR, the content cannot be recovered; the developer holds no key that can decrypt it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use GugQR to create or distribute unlawful content, spread malicious links, produce fraudulent codes, or infringe the rights of others.
6. Accuracy of scans
Scanning depends on your device camera and image quality. The app does not warrant that a scanned link is safe. Verifying links from unknown sources before opening them is the user's responsibility.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not remove consumer rights granted by applicable law.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. Your licence ends if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
10. Apple-related terms
The following terms are the minimum terms Apple requires in the end user license agreement of any app distributed on the App Store.
Apple is not a party. These terms are concluded between you and the developer only; Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to them. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
Scope of licence. You may use the app only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These terms grant no usage rights that conflict with those rules.
Maintenance and support. The developer alone is responsible for any maintenance and support services for the app; Apple has no obligation whatsoever in this respect. For support: [email protected] or the support page.
Warranty. The developer is solely responsible for any product warranties to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of the developer.
Product claims. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
Intellectual property. In the event of a third party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third party terms. You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the app.
Third party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right to enforce these terms against you as a third party beneficiary.
