GugLed collects no personal data. There is no account and no analytics, and the app makes no network requests at all.

The short version. Everything you make in GugLed — signs, pixel drawings, gradients, drafts — is stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to. Delete the app and it is gone.
GugLed is developed and published by GezerLabs ("we", "the developer"). For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].
When you share a sign, the app builds a link to this website and hands it to
your phone's share sheet. The sign travels inside the link itself,
after the # character — and browsers never send that part to a
server. So the message, its colours and its dots reach the person you sent it
to without ever passing through us. We cannot read a shared sign, we do not
store one, and there is nothing for us to delete or hand over.
Two honest details, because "no server" would be too glib:

None of this is transmitted anywhere. It is removed when you delete the app.
Used only by the music-reactive mode. While that mode is on, the app measures how loud the sound around you is, in real time, to make the sign pulse. Audio is not recorded, not stored and not transmitted — only a loudness value is read from the live audio buffer and then discarded. The microphone is released as soon as you turn the mode off or leave the full-screen sign.
Two separate, optional uses:
Imported images are processed entirely on the device and are not uploaded.
Used only to switch on the LED flash as a light, in the Lights feature. No image or video is ever captured.
GugLed Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details, name or address. The app only receives from Apple whether an active entitlement exists, so it knows to unlock Pro features. Apple's own privacy policy covers that transaction.
Export (MP4/GIF) and QR sharing are created on your device. When you tap share, iOS hands the file or link to whichever app you pick — that destination's own privacy policy then applies. A QR code contains only the sign's settings (text, colour, motion, speed, effect), nothing about you or your device.
GugLed collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection over personal data held about you. We hold none: there is no database, no profile and no backup on our side. The data described above is under your control on your own device, and deleting the app erases it. If you would like this confirmed in writing, email [email protected].
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Bunların hiçbiri hiçbir yere iletilmez. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinirler.
Yalnızca müziğe tepki modu kullanır. O mod açıkken uygulama, tabelanın ritme göre parlaması için çevredeki sesin ne kadar yüksek olduğunu anlık olarak ölçer. Ses kaydedilmez, saklanmaz ve iletilmez — canlı ses arabelleğinden yalnızca bir yükseklik değeri okunup atılır. Modu kapattığınızda veya tam ekrandan çıktığınızda mikrofon bırakılır.
İki ayrı ve isteğe bağlı kullanım:
İçe aktarılan görseller tamamen cihazda işlenir, hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
Yalnızca Işıklar bölümünde LED flaşı ışık olarak yakmak için kullanılır. Hiçbir görüntü veya video kaydedilmez.
GugLed Pro, Apple'ın Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemiyle satılır. Ödeme tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerinizi, adınızı veya adresinizi hiç görmeyiz. Uygulama Apple'dan yalnızca etkin bir hakkın olup olmadığını alır ve Pro özelliklerini buna göre açar. O işlem Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Dışa aktarma (MP4/GIF) ve QR paylaşımı cihazınızda üretilir. Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda iOS dosyayı veya bağlantıyı seçtiğiniz uygulamaya verir; o noktadan sonra hedefin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. QR kodu yalnızca tabelanın ayarlarını (metin, renk, hareket, hız, efekt) taşır; sizinle veya cihazınızla ilgili hiçbir bilgi içermez.
GugLed, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri mevzuat size hakkınızda tutulan kişisel veriler üzerinde erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz hakları verir. Bizde hiç veri yok: bizim tarafta veritabanı, profil veya yedek bulunmuyor. Yukarıda anlatılan veriler kendi cihazınızda sizin denetimindedir ve uygulamayı silmek onları siler.
