This is the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the GugLed iOS app. By downloading or using GugLed you accept these terms.

GugLed is licensed, not sold, to you. GezerLabs ("the developer") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The messages, drawings and exports you create are yours. The developer never receives them: the app has no server and makes no network requests. You are responsible for what you display and where you display it — some venues, transport operators and events restrict bright screens or signs, and local law may too.
Some features require GugLed Pro. Three options are offered:

Current prices are shown inside the app and on the App Store before you confirm, in your local currency.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Consumer rights that apply in your country are not affected by this clause.
This agreement is between you and the developer only. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them. Any claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights is the developer's responsibility, not Apple's.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. In particular, GugLed keeps the screen at full brightness and prevents sleep while a sign is shown, which drains the battery quickly and heats the device.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost data, missed events, device damage or battery depletion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated; the current version always appears on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms; you must then stop using the app and delete it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

GugLed size satılmaz, lisanslanır. GezerLabs ("geliştirici"); App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahip olduğunuz veya denetlediğiniz Apple cihazlarında uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir.
Oluşturduğunuz mesajlar, desenler ve çıktılar size aittir. Geliştirici bunları hiç almaz: uygulamanın sunucusu yoktur ve hiç ağ isteği yapmaz. Neyi nerede gösterdiğinizden siz sorumlusunuz — bazı mekânlar, taşıma işletmecileri ve etkinlikler parlak ekran veya pankartı kısıtlar; yerel mevzuat da kısıtlayabilir.
Bazı özellikler GugLed Pro gerektirir. Üç seçenek sunulur:

Güncel fiyatlar, onaylamadan önce uygulama içinde ve App Store'da yerel para biriminizle gösterilir.
Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlendiği için iadeler de geliştirici değil Apple tarafından yürütülür. Talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden iletin. Ülkenizde geçerli tüketici hakları bu maddeden etkilenmez.
Bu sözleşme yalnızca sizinle geliştirici arasındadır. Apple, uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve uygulama için bakım ya da destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uygun çıkmazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir ve kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü taşımaz. Apple bu koşulların üçüncü kişi lehdarıdır ve bunları uygulatabilir. Uygulamanın fikrî mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği yönündeki talepler Apple'ın değil geliştiricinin sorumluluğundadır.
Uygulama, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Geliştirici uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmez. Özellikle: GugLed tabela gösterilirken ekranı tam parlaklıkta tutar ve uyumasını engeller; bu pili hızla tüketir ve cihazı ısıtır.
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici; veri kaybı, kaçırılan etkinlik, cihaz hasarı veya pil tükenmesi dahil olmak üzere uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi ve sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumluluklar bundan etkilenmez.
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman tarihiyle bu sayfada bulunur. Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir. Koşulları ihlal ederseniz lisans kendiliğinden sona erer; bu durumda uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakıp silmeniz gerekir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
