Başlarken
Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda kamera ve mikrofon izni istenir. İkisine de izin vermeniz gerekir — kayıt bunlar olmadan çalışmaz. Ana ekrandaki kırmızı düğmeye basınca kayıt başlar, tekrar basınca durur. Filtreler kayıt sırasında canlı olarak uygulanır; sonradan işleme beklemezsiniz.

Satın aldım ama Pro özellikler açılmadı
Satın alma ekranını açıp en alttaki “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle”ye dokunun. Satın alma sırasında kullandığınız Apple hesabıyla giriş yapmış olduğunuzdan emin olun. Sorun sürerse App Store makbuzunuzla birlikte bize yazın.
Yeni telefona geçtim
Aynı Apple hesabıyla giriş yapın ve “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle”ye dokunun. Abonelikler ve ömür boyu lisans hesabınıza bağlıdır, cihaza değil.
Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
İptal Apple üzerinden yapılır, uygulama içinden değil: Ayarlar → (adınız) → Abonelikler → VHS Cam 3000 → Aboneliği İptal Et. İptal ettiğinizde mevcut dönem sonuna kadar Pro açık kalır.
İade istiyorum

Videolarım nerede saklanıyor?
Kayıtlarınız cihazınızda kalır ve Fotoğraflar uygulamanıza kaydedilir. Videolarınızı sunucularımıza yüklemiyoruz; uygulamanın hesap sistemi yoktur.
Kamera siyah görünüyor / kayıt başlamıyor
Genellikle izin sorunudur. Ayarlar → VHS Cam 3000 bölümünden Kamera ve Mikrofon izinlerinin açık olduğunu kontrol edin. Başka bir uygulama kamerayı kullanıyorsa onu kapatıp tekrar deneyin.

Bu ücretsiz sürümün klip başına süre sınırıdır. Pro sınırı tamamen kaldırır.

Getting started
The first time you open the app it asks for camera and microphone access. Both are needed — recording will not work without them. Tap the red button on the main screen to start recording and tap it again to stop. Filters are applied live while you record, so there is no waiting for processing afterwards.

You can move to Pro with a weekly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in your own currency on the purchase screen.
Frequently asked questions
I purchased but Pro features are locked
Open the purchase screen and tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your App Store receipt.
I switched to a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple account and tap “Restore Purchases”. Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are tied to your account, not to a device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation happens through Apple, not inside the app: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → VHS Cam 3000 → Cancel Subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments ourselves, so we cannot issue refunds directly, but we are happy to help you through it.
Where are my videos stored?
Your recordings stay on your device and are saved to your Photos library. We do not upload your videos to any server, and the app has no account system.
The camera is black / recording won't start
This is almost always a permissions issue. Check Settings → VHS Cam 3000 and make sure Camera and Microphone are enabled. If another app is using the camera, close it and try again.
Recording stops at 3 minutes
That is the free per-clip limit. Pro removes it entirely.
Which devices are supported?
VHS Cam 3000 is designed for iPhone and requires the iOS version listed on its App Store page.
