1. Uygulamanın kullanımı
VHS Cam 3000, kişisel ve ticari yaratıcı video üretimi için sunulur. Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve başkalarının haklarına saygı göstererek kullanmalısınız.
2. İçerik ve sorumluluk
Uygulamaya aktardığınız veya uygulama ile oluşturduğunuz video, ses ve görsellerin haklarından siz sorumlusunuz. İzin sahibi olmadığınız içerikleri işleyemez, yayımlayamaz veya paylaşamazsınız. Uygulama çıktılarının kullanımından doğan sorumluluk size aittir.
3. Premium özellikler
Premium özellikler Apple App Store üzerinden tek seferlik satın alma veya abonelik olarak sunulabilir. Güncel fiyat, süre, deneme koşulları ve yenileme bilgileri satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
Abonelikler
- Abonelik, satın alma onayında Apple hesabınızdan ücretlendirilir.
- İptal edilmediği sürece mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik olarak yenilenebilir.
- Yenilemeyi Apple hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmediğinde ücretli döneme dönüşebilir.
4. İade ve satın alımları geri yükleme
İade talepleri Apple'ın App Store politikaları üzerinden yürütülür. Uygulamadaki “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” işlevi, aynı Apple hesabıyla yapılmış uygun satın alımları yeniden tanımaya yardımcı olur; ödeme veya iade kararı vermez.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
VHS Cam 3000'in yazılımı, adı, görsel dili ve uygulama içi tasarım unsurları Yağız Gezer'e aittir veya lisanslıdır. Bu şartlar size uygulamayı kullanma hakkı verir; mülkiyet devretmez.
6. Kullanımı durdurma
Uygulamayı kötüye kullandığınızı veya bu şartları ihlal ettiğinizi düşünürsek erişimi sınırlayabiliriz. Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz.
7. Kullanılabilirlik ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama, cihaz, işletim sistemi, App Store veya ağ koşullarına bağlı olarak geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir. VHS Cam 3000'i makul özenle sunmaya çalışırız; ancak veri kaybı, cihaz uyumsuzluğu veya hizmet kesintilerinden her durumda sorumlu tutulamayız. Önemli içeriklerinizin yedeğini almanız önerilir.
8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu şartları gerektiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Sorularınız için [email protected] adresine ulaşabilirsiniz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.
9. Apple ile ilgili zorunlu koşullar
Aşağıdaki maddeler, uygulamanın Apple App Store üzerinden dağıtılması nedeniyle Apple tarafından zorunlu tutulan asgari lisans koşullarıdır.
9.1 Sözleşmenin tarafları
Bu şartlar yalnızca sizinle Yağız Gezer arasındadır; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden tek başına Yağız Gezer sorumludur. Bu şartlar, App Store Hizmet Şartları'ndaki Kullanım Kuralları ile çelişen hükümler içeremez.
9.2 Lisansın kapsamı
Size, uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı ürünlerde, App Store Hizmet Şartları'ndaki Kullanım Kuralları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde kullanmanız için devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamaya, Aile Paylaşımı veya toplu satın alma yoluyla ilişkilendirilmiş diğer hesaplardan da erişilebilir.
9.3 Bakım ve destek
Bakım ve destek hizmetlerini sağlamaktan yalnızca Yağız Gezer sorumludur. Apple'ın herhangi bir bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur.
9.4 Garanti
Kanunen geçerli şekilde reddedilmemiş olduğu ölçüde, açık veya zımni tüm garantilerden yalnızca Yağız Gezer sorumludur. Uygulamanın geçerli bir garantiye uygun olmaması hâlinde Apple'ı bilgilendirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade eder. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın bunun dışında bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur; garantiye aykırılıktan doğan diğer tüm talep, zarar, sorumluluk ve masraflardan yalnızca Yağız Gezer sorumludur.
9.5 Ürün talepleri
Uygulamaya veya uygulamayı bulundurmanıza ve kullanmanıza ilişkin son kullanıcı ya da üçüncü taraf taleplerini karşılamaktan Apple değil, Yağız Gezer sorumludur. Bu talepler özellikle şunları kapsar: (i) ürün sorumluluğu talepleri; (ii) uygulamanın geçerli yasal veya düzenleyici gerekliliklere uymadığı iddiaları; (iii) tüketicinin korunması, gizlilik veya benzeri mevzuattan doğan talepler.
9.6 Fikri mülkiyet hakları
Uygulamanın veya uygulamayı bulundurmanızın ve kullanmanızın bir üçüncü tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasında, bu talebin soruşturulması, savunulması, sulh edilmesi ve karşılanmasından Apple değil, yalnızca Yağız Gezer sorumludur.
9.7 Hukuka uygunluk
Uygulamayı kullanarak, ABD Hükümeti'nin ambargo uyguladığı ya da "terörü destekleyen" olarak tanımladığı bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümeti'nin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinin hiçbirinde yer almadığınızı beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz.

9.9 Üçüncü taraf şartları
Uygulamayı kullanırken geçerli üçüncü taraf hizmet şartlarına uymanız gerekir.
9.10 Üçüncü taraf lehdar
Apple ve Apple'ın bağlı kuruluşları bu şartların üçüncü taraf lehdarlarıdır. Bu şartları kabul etmenizle birlikte Apple, üçüncü taraf lehdar sıfatıyla bu şartları size karşı uygulatma hakkına sahip olur ve bu hakkı kabul etmiş sayılır.
1. Using the app
VHS Cam 3000 is provided for personal and commercial creative video production. Use the app only for lawful purposes and respect the rights of other people.
2. Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the rights to any video, audio, and images you import or create with the app. Do not process, publish, or share content you do not have permission to use. You are responsible for how you use exported content.
3. Premium features
Premium features may be offered through the Apple App Store as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Current pricing, duration, trial terms, and renewal details are shown at purchase.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Unless cancelled, a subscription may renew automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Refunds and restoring purchases
Refund requests are handled under Apple's App Store policies. The in-app “Restore Purchases” function helps recognize eligible purchases made with the same Apple account; it does not process refunds or decide payment outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
The VHS Cam 3000 software, name, visual language, and in-app design elements belong to or are licensed by Yağız Gezer. These terms grant a right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
6. Suspension and termination
We may limit access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the app or violating these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
The app may be temporarily unavailable due to device, operating system, App Store, or network conditions. We aim to provide VHS Cam 3000 with reasonable care, but cannot be responsible in every circumstance for data loss, device incompatibility, or service interruption. Keep backups of important content.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when needed. Contact [email protected] with questions. The current version will be posted on this page.
9. Required terms relating to Apple
The following are the minimum licence terms required by Apple because the app is distributed through the Apple App Store.
9.1 Acknowledgement
These terms are between you and Yağız Gezer only, not with Apple. Yağız Gezer alone is responsible for the app and its content. These terms may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
9.2 Scope of licence
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. The app may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
9.3 Maintenance and support
Yağız Gezer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
9.4 Warranty
To the extent not effectively disclaimed, Yağız Gezer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Yağız Gezer.
9.5 Product claims
Yağız Gezer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
9.6 Intellectual property rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Yağız Gezer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
9.7 Legal compliance
By using the app you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9.9 Third party terms of agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
9.10 Third party beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
